The rooms were very clean, that’s why we booked here in the first place and we were not disappointed. Also, the location was very central.
The guy in the reception was very helpful and nice.
There could be paper slippers in the rooms.

A close walk to the Ghirardelli Square, and only a 30 min walk/ or 15-20 min with a scooter or bike.
Online it says the deposit is 300 with only credit card, but when I called and asked they said 200 and a credit card was not needed. However, I still paid 300. So I’d appreciate more transparency.

I loved the decoration of the room. We visited as 3 couples, so we had the slightly bigger room, which was lovely.
Great location and easy access to all places, just a few blocks away.
Lovely place to visit, but for underestimating the weather. We are from the UK and the temperature was 15 to 18 degrees, it's a very windy city. Just make sure you bring items of few warm clothing.
We visited a lot of places, my favourite was the bike ride from Blazing Saddles hire to the Golden Gate Bridge, it's a must i used an electric bike which was amazing. We cycled there and back, you could have had the option to get the ferry crossing. Also, the Japanese Gardens.
The stairs were a little noisy at times, could have done with better storage and drawers, more hangers for your clothes.
Once we checked out and left our bags until we were leaving for the airport, there were no facilities to use if you wanted the toilet.

The property was nice and comfy. I liked the free parking and the staff were friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The rooms are nice and renovated. They’re located to many restaurants and markets and pretty cool destinations. I would definitely stay again.
There were a few things that I disliked but were easy to fix. The pillows were kind of hard and flat but the front desk immediately helped with that. The room had a weird smell but I just turned the a/c and it went away. There was also a weird blue light in the middle of the room that came from the smoke dictator which was annoying at night. The room was smaller than I thought but still comfy.

The Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean and updated, which was very nice. Parking was definitely a plus!

The customer service was absolutely terrible. We suffered a family emergency on the drive down, and called in hopes of a cancellation. They told us they needed 48 hours notice; even though we had an emergency that took place hours before what was supposed to be a celebratory trip. They have no heart, and we will never book a stay again.

Great location for getting around San Francisco, walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf and Pier 39. Close to bus and tram connections to get you around all the sights. Very clean and light room, the bed was very comfortable and the room was reasonably spacious with everything you could need.

Location is excellent, right in the middle of Lombard street. Staff is kind and helpful, there’s parking on-site, and it’s good value for money.
The room smelled rather damp, which wasn’t great. The hotel itself is very basic. There’s nothing wrong with that, it’s just good to know there’s no vending machine or anything.

Good location that seemed safe. Free parking is a great plus. Easy walk along the bay to get to Fisherman's Wharf etc. The rooms looked pretty new.
The rooms are relatively small. Especially with two Queen beds in them, there's not a lot of space left.

I like that is was close to pier 39, fine art of palace, and very close the nightlife. The room was clean and comfortable
There was no elevators , if your room is close to the street you can hear the morning traffic and the parking is first come first serve
