Close to Civic BART subway station
On the edge of an area where the homeless hung out. They didnt cause me any problems but worth sharing your on the edge of a nice area

the access to location. room was clean and comfortable.
Didn't like "new" parking policy of basically no in and out after 9pm. which is completely un reasonable for the city.

Easy to navigate the city from thos location.
Constant sounds of sirens from police cars, ambulances, and more throughout the night, but that's just San Fransisco.

Everything inside the rooms is nice, modern, and comfortable. The cleanliness inside the rooms is 10/10.
The doors to enter the rooms are all out of square and you have to use force to open or close them. The noise is very loud. I think they have to slam the doors to close the rooms. You can hear absolutely everything from outside.

Property nicely located in the Tenderloin. The room was very nice, large, clean & comfy...well appointed. We had a corner room with a balcony, nice breezes & neighborhood view. Surprisingly quiet Staff were super friendly, polite & professional...also very accommodating. Nice parking choices on site...a safer feeling than most properties that aren't valet. Property looks nice, recently remodeled...clean and well kept. Nice breakfast area as well. Overall, a terrific find...& we've stayed in many in the city.
