Very Good
This hotel has a great location. Hotel and room was very clean. Room and bathroom were uodated. Staff was great and very kind and accommodating. Had free limited onsite parking and a pay for use ev charger.
The beds could be more comfortable and the bathroom door is a frosted glass barn door which wasn?t ideal but not a deal breaker.

Wonderful
This hotel is absolutely wonderful. There were four of us and we had a double room with the balcony. From the free parking to the delightful breakfast. It was what we enjoyed. The only bad thing was the area. it did provide entertainment on the balcony.
The area isnt the best and I can see how it could bother some people. We didnt mind. The hotel and quality of the room made up for it

Modern looking.
Staff was rude checking in. They only include breakfast for 2 adults and children 11 and under. Teens count as an adult and you have to pay an $--per day for them. Parking is terrible. Very noisy. Homeless everywhere. Never again.

The breakfast was amazing! My partner and I were very pleased. The food was always hot and staff maintained the area and food well.
The wifi was spotty. Also, my partners and my king room had an issue with the shower drain not draining the water. Eventually staff helped us and all was fine.

The staff were kind and gave their best to ease the stay. The room itself is good and clean, but extremely noisy.
The neighborhood could not be worst. It's surrounded by junkies and homeless people. I got scared and would never come back due to safety conditions of the surroundings. I regret deeply of choosing the hotel. It's a shame what neighborhood had become.

DONT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. PERIOD.
the amount of homeless and drug users everywhere you look here is overwhelming. It smells like urine and poop everywhere. Unless you want a thriller like stay - dont come here. The hotel does not guarantee safe parking spaces for all guests - I was asked to park on the street where on booking it says I would have parking available - there is not enough places to park for all guests. The rooms are nice, I was considering giving two stars because of that, but in the end everyone should just avoid this place at all costs.
