The front desk, stairs, & salons are beautiful. Some of the decor leans a little too far into silly for our tastes (printed pillows), but we appreciated the effort!
Breakfast was a little hard to enjoy. The mugs aren’t designed for coffee. The offerings - which were well described up front - were only ok. The little table for two in the cove didn’t have a cloth or salt & pepper any of our mornings.

The hotel has a great location but o e is on the main road and the room was not quiet during the day. We could also hear the people next door.

A charming hotel with a lot of interesting furniture and paintings. Staying in Japantown was OK although not always the most convenient. Lyft, though was easy to use
