It was a good location - Hotel is nothing fancy, but comfortable and okay for a pre-cruise night. It was fairly close to the pier, we used an Uber for a quick ride. The hallways were kind of dated, couldn't quite understand their choice of wallpaper. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable. Wish they would have had water in the room. We faced the courtyard and there was no noticeable noise.
No complimentary water bottles in the room.

Wonderful
Loved our stay, perfect place to stay while visiting SF, loved the complimentary breakfast. Also loved the umbrellas they provided since it rained heavily the entire time we stayed at SF. The location was convenient, we used local transport and the hotel was a 2 min walk to thw wnarest Muni bus stop.Overall a pleasant stay and would definitely revisit and recommend.

Our bedroom was far from the elevator, and it didn't look like the pictures. We could hear footsteps from guests above us, and there was construction happening nearby. Also, there was a weird smell.

I always stay at Marriot Vacation Club. I am an owner. Never had had this experience. Staff was NOT NICE. The worst property of Marriot. Looked like an inn. Terrible amenities. No hot water. Bad neighborhood. Laundry never works and was never available. Only two washers and two dryers for the whole building.

• Very comfortable beds and overall four‑star feel
• Staff quickly provided an extra blanket when requested
• Plenty of outlets in the room (no need for a power strip)
• Good selection of amenities including cleansers, moisturizers, and a quality hair dryer
• Complimentary breakfast was a highlight, especially the coconut rolls from Good Mong Kok Bakery in Chinatown
• TV setup blocked me from connecting my Apple TV
• Lack of clarity around incidental fee waiver (different answers on timing, had to call to finalize)
