Very Good
Excellent location for us. Just away from the busy streets but everything within walking distance. We particularly liked The Italian area for dinner. Free and nice guest laundry. Very helpful staff.

It convenient to the Cruz terminals
we stayed on the first floor, and it was a long walk from the elevator to our room. We also did not feel very safe with the designated fire exits. In the length of time it would take to exit the building during this construction project. I believe it could be better planned.

Location, room size, gym
Courtyard was closed for construction, my room was right next to elevator but the closest way was blocked off due to construction causing me to have to walk the entire property perimeter. Not a good place to have a car as you need to figure out were to park it or pay $85 per day for valet.

Ww enjoyed being close to the Fisherman’s Wharf area and the many restaurants. The facilities were comfortable and clean.
Our adult kids were staying in another room on a different floor. When we got back after a day’s activities, they had a new wall constructed outside their room, which significantly impacted their access. We feel that the hotel could have compensated them for that.

Immaculately clean, huge room and amazing staff! Really nice amenities - huge outdoor deck with games, nice lounge for breakfast, lots of space and an amazing location! The room was huge and well decorated with everything you need! Highly recommend this place - just lovely!

The hotel was located reasonably close to walk to Fisherman's Wharf. The room was an adequate size. We appreciated the privileges card discount at local restaurants.
Our room was located right next to a busy intersection, so it was extremely difficult trying to sleep. We stayed over the weekend, so I'm not sure if it's any better during the week. I would strongly recommend investing in double glazing, to alleviate some of the road noise.

The staff was so helpful and attentive. I hate large cities and they made the experience really good. I felt safe the whole time.
Would like a side table on both sides of the beds and maybe complementary water bottles in the room.

Great location, a short walk to Fisherman's Whatf and less than 15 minutes to Alcatraz ferry. Starbucks and Trader Joe's 2 mins walk. Close to cable car. Lovely outdoor area with comfortable seating with firepits, games etc. Exceptionally clean rooms, good size and great design. Lots of free activities going on - walking tours, talks, tastings. We wish we could have stayed longer!
