Very good hotel, right balance in price and quality. Friendly staff, nice surprises like gelato and chocolate, and very good location, I would stay there again in the future. You can walk to very good places or take a bus

Location was really good. All we had was coffee and mini muffins. We chose local restaurants instead.

The property is well located and is pretty modern and comfortable. They were doing construction so we had to walk a long ways to our room but no noise or bothersome from it. There is no hot tub

Very inexpensive for the size of the room, with a full table and couch.
The property was under construction and a maze, which was not pleasant with heavy luggage or needing to get out of the hotel quickly.

Clean room and the location is great. Lobby area has great facilities including coffee and pastries.
Gym is closed, and there was a lot of noise from the room above us through the night. I let the staff know at the time and in the morning and there was no response.

The location is perfect, easy to get to popular neighbourhoods.
The lobby was very energetic the staff very helpful
I didn't like the remodeling and the out of service elevator during the tourist season!
We had a very noisy group in a room above us, and they were constantly running and jumping til late at night.

This is not a hotel and does not offer hotel services such as breakfast. It is a nice “Airbnb”, with parking available for $90.

The rooms are modern and clean. The hotel is a short walk from Ghirardelli square where you find nice restaurants and shops. We had everyhing we needed for a great stay.
