The parking charge was obsessively too high for a guest in the hotel as it was 1/2 the cost of my room.

Very clean, nice design, comfortable beds and extra touch the corner with the board games
Our room was very noisy, there was noise from the street but also the fridge was very loud and we couldn't find how to turn it off. Also the parking was very expensive.

Super friendly and modern hotel, staff were outstanding always went above and beyond. We booked the suite and it was massive, super refreshing shower with top line fixtures and fittings and true luxury experience

Everything. The staff were amazing. The room was lovely and clean.
The noise above our room. The people above were loud . And heavy foot steps. We found I hard to sleep.

Perfect location as walkable to fisherman’s Wharf, pier 33 and 39 and other areas to visit, like Lombard street.
If you are on the urban side it can be noisy outside as traffic continues through the night and street cleaners in the early hours.

Centrally located, easy access to prime tourist destinations. Staffs are friendly and the rooms are clean. Overall, the stay was excellent
