Poor
I was not informed of a private event. Attendees had booked most of the hotel. The courtyard was extremely loud all evening and past midnight. The people were obnoxious and there were even a few fireworks. The surrounding block was filthy and I arrived as a group of men were being arrested on the sidewalk. Had I known about the private event, I would have cancelled. The hotel should have extended that courtesy.

I love the location of the property and the parking is fantastic right there outside the lobby. The staff is fantastic as well.
That they are closing up in January. Very sad to see this happen.

The doors to the rooms can be loud when shut and the water fountain take a long time to fill up water

The Tenderloin is not a pleasant part of town. But we didn't feel unsafe.

Really awesome hotel with some amazing history, felt very safe and secure in such a rough part of town - the staff were very friendly and helpful.
It was located in a pretty rough area but at no fault of the hotel. The lobby was secure so we could just uber from there instead of walking the nearby streets. Didn’t affect our stay at all.
