Very well located!, Friendly Staff, relatively clean (except for an old sock underneath our bed)
Extremely noisy (people above and next to us clearly audible even when talking or turning around in their beds, trash can deposit in courtyard audible, people in the hallway audible when walking past our door, music from reception and elevator noise audible in our room).

Veey nice hotel on a very convinient location in San Francisco. Hotel is decorated in a traditional french style. Rooms are small but very clean, bads are comfortable. The staff was extremply friendly and helpful. They have free breakfast in the sister hotel next door. They have free coffee, soda, tea and water bottles for guests at any time and free daily wine and cheese hours. Would stay again, amazing service and value for money.

Beautifully decorated rooms. Great breakfast. Nice common areas to relax and the afternoon wine was a great touch. I loved the fireplace in the rooms.

Bed was soft and comfortable. Clean facilities. All day coffee. Water bottles available. Friendly and accommodating staff
Floors creaky and allow for sound from other rooms to carry easily to the floor below or next room over. Elevator is old fashioned and a bit annoying to have to open and close manually, especially when moving luggage. The lack of a ramp or elevator to the lobby meant I had to carry my luggage up a set of stairs to get into the building to check in.

the place was clean and in a good location with friendly staff
I didn't like that breakfast was sold as being fresh and local with fresh berries/fruit and local baked goods, it's in the language all over the website and it was a bunch of junk in reality.

The staff was courteous and friendly. Check out time was laer than most hotels. The water pressure was good.
The hotel's walls were super thin so you can hear every step and door slam. It was impossible to sleep and get good rest.

they wave our check in early fee and we could walk everywhere. the room was clean and had somedrinks.
they didnt come fix the fire place when she said they would. so luckily it didnt get to cold that night. the jets in the tub did not work at all.. it wasnt a bed and breakfast they didnt serve breakfast like they said .... when you call your car the dont answer . we had to call front desk to get our. it wasnt what we really paid for, could a have stay at hotel for cheaper.

This hotel was very pretty itself and the staffs are very kind and professional. The room was perfect for me and my son and we enjoyed a lot. the Breakfast was also great not only tasting but also very healthy.
The only thing that it bothered me was the price of the parking. I drove my car to SF from OC but I ended up parking at the other facility because of the price of the hotel owned parking lot. The hotel parking was 74 dollars but I spent elsewhere for 46dollars overnight. Since I stayed at the hotel the parking should be lower than other facility. That was only thing it bothered.
