The place is cozy and unique. Love the decorations. Its also very clean. The location is great. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast is quite nice.
The toilet got clogged but it was fixed in time

Quite unique. Really does have a French vibe. Charming property. Our room was spacious enough. Bathroom small but adequate.Breakfast was nice and really enjoyed the Happy Hour wine and nibbles at the White Swan. Very helpful staff and manager.
No noise inside the hotel but mid week early morning we were woken by loud noises, trucks banging, scraping etc from street behind hotel. Our room was 5th floor at the back

The stylish French style decor and older feel of the building. The wine and nibbles each evening was a lovely touch and gave off a good community vibe to the place, enabling guests to meet each other. The bathroom was well stocked, and the towel robes were a plus.
Gluten free options were provided at breakfast in the form of gluten-free bread and a gluten-free cereal. Whilst the chef had been made aware in advance of my partners dietary requirements, the restaurant staff were not as well equipped as we would have hoped. For a place that says it can cater for people who require a gluten-free diet, the provision was limited.

Very close to the cable car.
The breakfast was the worst I have ever had. Sponge bread and boiled eggs. And a few sweet things. The coffe was dreadful. I had my breakfasts on my own

Located just a block from the cable car line Petite Auberge was super convenient. The staff were great and the breakfast was delicious. Del Popolo right next door was perfect for dinner.
