this was one of the best hotel experiences i’ve had. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in hours early ($50 fee) and check out late (complimentary). the hotel was in a great walkable location, clean, and comfortable. I thought it was a nice touch that there are free ice and water refill stations on every floor of the hotel. the market they have in the lobby is very convenient and I enjoyed getting coffee there in the morning. they gave me a $15 credit for the market upon check in which was also very nice to immediately be able to get a snack at no additional cost. the lobby is basically a beautiful lounge and I was able to relax and eat a meal down there after check out, prior to going to the airport.
if I am ever back in SFO again, i’ll be definitely be coming back. thank you to the staff!!
actually can’t think of anything that could’ve been better. like I said, one of the best hotel experiences i’ve had. no complaints.

The hotel was relatively clean and the location was good.
I stayed on the 5th floor and the view was very bad and I suggest you do not park your car at this hotel at all. They are very rude and charge a lot of extra money. Even during the day I left my car there for 2 hours and they were supposed to charge me $25 and I was there before 2 hours but they kept me waiting and when it was 5 minutes past 2 hours they brought the car for me and for the 5 minutes they were late they charged me $20 and they were very rude and when I checked in and out of the hotel they told me that they had no one to help me with my luggage and that I had to carry it myself. In any case it was not a good memory and I will not go there again.
