We love the location. Transport, Supermarket, Restaurants and all other attractions are within manageable distance. We also felt safe walking even late at night. Will definitely go back if ever we visit SanFo again.

Clean and spacious room with perfect bedding.
My room was right next door to the elevator. We could hear the motor operating the elevator all night long. Very noisy!

The room was a bit small, but it had everything we needed. The quality of the Hyatt brand is always reliable.
We booked quite early, so the price turned out to be surprisingly affordable, even cheaper than most Airbnbs in downtown San Francisco, which was fantastic.?
The location was great, with plenty of options for buses, grocery shopping, and dining nearby. It’s one of the safe and convenient places to stay within the city.

Great location for all the attractions and close enough to the airport. Also in a nicer area not as many “bad” things happening.

Almost everything.location, staff, clearness.
I requested a quite room, far from the elevator or other sources of noise. Instead of received the room next to the elevators lobby next to the electrical room with a constant annoying noise and the wall in the room shared with a staff elevators, so as you feel and hear every movement. They changed the room upon the first request, but why should you try it?

The only thing I didn’t like is when I went up to the front desk, I had asked about directions and how to get to the Golden Gate bridge on a bus. The front desk lady told me she wasn’t a concierge and didn’t help me. I just walked away. Everyone else was very nice.

The property was closed to attractions and downtown events.
The property was not spacious enough for family of four and everything was in our charge. We rented a car and we were charged $90 a day just to park. That’s an extreme rough just to park your car downtown.
