Staff is happy. Check in valet etc are all nice and helpful. The location is perfect for hertz garage parking and ease of getting a Waymo Uber on 2-3 min.

Clean hotel. Location is both a plus and a minus. Close to MoMa, downtown, financial and shopping. But rough areas close by as well.

Clean and simple, but missing some additional amenities to really call itself a 4* hotel
The A/C was super noisy so we had to turn it off at night. Avoid the Hotel Valet as it is overpriced and they hit our car while parking it and denied it. Better to park in the garage across the street for less than half the price.

They didnt even bother to clean my room, the valet was rude and the breakfast buffet was overpriced and terrible.

We had the best time at Hyatt Regency SOMA!
The hotel is beautiful, very clean and offers spectacular views over San Francisco downtown.
The rooms are spacious, the beds are big very comfortable and we really appreciated the fact that everything was spotless.
The breakfast was amazing- there was everything for everyone, and the service was absolutely impeccable. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to provide the best customer experience.
Everyone at the hotel was lovely but one of the receptionists really stood out to us. Estefhani was absolutely brilliant. She was always nice and helpful and gave us good tips on our sightseeing days.
I cannot recommend this hotel more and many thanks to everyone who provided us with such an unforgettable experience.
