I experienced a very scary interaction with supposedly an employee. I chose this hotel because of their reputation and standards. I experienced someone who was acting as an employee trying to enter my room. Thankgod I had the internal lock engaged because he was opening my door without permission asking to change a light bulb in the closet that did not exist. I was moved to a different room, but the manager brushed me off and never followed up with me or apologized. I then felt uncomfortable in this hotel my entire stay. I would take this into consideration when booking with this hotel

Clean and great customer service
The bathroom fan was on and loud all the time , we checked in around 3:30 am and had to checked out before 8:00 a.m regardless e the extended check out at 4:00 p.m couldn’t rest up at all.

Extremely expensive, parking is ridiculously expensive actually the most expensive parking in life experience and I had been to most hyatts around the USA. They need to work on that. The staff at night were not to welcoming either. Si much money for so little effort.

Great hotel! We loved everything, the staff was very nice and welcoming, the breakfast was great too. During the days we were there, it rained a lot, however the staff were able to provide free umbrellas during our stay.
