Unfriendly and unhelpfull stay including the manager. Only one person was very helpful and very nice to us Sara from the Philippines. She was very kind and helpful. The other staff could learn something from her including the Male manager.
The Filipino female driver - who were an external contact of the hotel who drove us to the airport kept assuming my wife was working for me just because she was a Filipino and I was white. What a complete ignorant! She was so rude to my wife the whole trip to the airport and my wife didnt want to embarass her so she just ignored her stupid comments all the Way to the airport.

Almost everything.location, staff, clearness.
I requested a quite room, far from the elevator or other sources of noise. Instead of received the room next to the elevators lobby next to the electrical room with a constant annoying noise and the wall in the room shared with a staff elevators, so as you feel and hear every movement. They changed the room upon the first request, but why should you try it?

The location was awesome, close to Union Square and to shopping. The room was lovely - limited carpet which is a good thing! The fitness centre was amazing, all the latest equipment.
The pillows are awful - they are so soft and offer no neck or head support! The lighting in the rooms is poor - I had every light on and still struggled to read! I would have valued a map being available, so I had an idea about where I was going!

Property was nice and clean
The only thing I didn’t like is when I went up to the front desk, I had asked about directions and how to get to the Golden Gate bridge on a bus. The front desk lady told me she wasn’t a concierge and didn’t help me. I just walked away. Everyone else was very nice.

The property was closed to attractions and downtown events.
The property was not spacious enough for family of four and everything was in our charge. We rented a car and we were charged $90 a day just to park. That’s an extreme rough just to park your car downtown.

First time staying here, fantastic location, lovely hotel, didn’t use the gym but did look pretty well stocked. Checkin was easy, the staff member that served me was lovely, surprising us with a $15 voucher for the little deli downstairs. The deli was good to pick up last minute snacks, drinks or a bite to eat. The coffee machine in our room was a welcome addition although being from Australia it was a little foreign to me so had to figure out how to use it. We did miss the housekeeper one day as we were in our room when she was in the vicinity but she didn’t come back sadly. Everything else was great, appreciated the ice machine at the end of our floor.

It’s a nice hotel with good amenities. Convenient to have a mini grocery store downstairs.
The staff did not seem very helpful. Was not very welcoming. Especially, the man who checked us in.
