The staff , location, the restaurants especially the skyline bar..
The room was very small and the bar was totally empty! Not only that there was no Self parking! So Valet service is 75$ + Tax a day

I booked a 2 rooms with king beds and 5 rooms with deluxe views queen or king beds. received 6 rooms with double full beds and one room was moved to another hotel. It was a nightmare.

This hotel is very central. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was excellent. The gym is open 24 hours and is very well equipped. The rooms are large and clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The noise outside in the middle of the night. This is not the fault of the hotel.

The Hotel is great, good security, great location. Parking lot is ridiculous expensive. I had to pay $200 for 2 days. Why am I paying to park at the hotel I'm alredy paying to stay at, this is ridiculous. For $200 I could have stayed an extra night.

We liked the friendly greetings by the valet and front desk personnel. The cleanliness was excellent.
The location is good but the homeless community nearby makes walking on the street at night scary at best.
