The hotel was well located and close to many cafés. The management was very accommodating and flexible, they were able to extend my stay while I was looking for long‑term housing, which I really appreciated.

Lauren is the best. Good location, Chico Pizza has an Unreal chicken salad. Great location for taking bus. They even had a tower fan that saved us since it was 88% humidity.

Overall fine, no thrills, but certainly (at the least the room we got) was very dated. If your out all day it’s fine but certainly not anything exceptional.
There’s a coffee shop round the corner (when leaving literally building adjacent on the right) that has cool cars and motorcycles in it. Worth checking out. Otherwise location is good overall.

Location of this hotel is great! You can walk to some of the more iconic places from San Francisco but is also well connected to public transport if you need to reach futher out areas. Staff was super friendly and helped us with many requests we had.
The installations do feel a bit old, but clean nonetheless.

Location, bus routes, cafes are excellent around the property!
Mike was very personable and helpful at every opportunity and went way and beyond his duty to make us feel like home even answering all questions to various sightseeing events around San Francisco!
Wished that drinking water was provided in the room itself rather than go to reception each time we needed a top off! Also facilities like having a kettle in the room would be more convenient but I understand that this is not done in the States too!
