The price point for the location was great. We didn't realize until we were there that we were near some pretty iconic spots. The room was spacious enough for a family of 4, and the area was fairly quiet, which means a lot since we have a toddler.
My only complaint is that there was no AC or anything like that, just a fan. Even in October, it was pretty warm in the room. We had to keep the fan on, and open all of the windows to get an air flow, but we can't leave the windows open at night since 2 of the windows didn't have screens.

The property prime location to attractions, on a Main Street for very tasteful designed store fronts. Perry’s bar and restaurant was delicious food and great place to watch football and other sports! Very clean area of the blocks with walking to our hotel! The owner very knowledgeable and friendly!

Great location, included parking (rare for the area), free coffee was also much appreciated. Room was clean and as advertised.
Room smelled faintly of smoke (didn't bother us much as it was a short stay).

We stayed for one night and really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected, and the staff was professional and friendly.
Overall cleanliness was good, but the cabinet under the sink in the bathroom could have been cleaner – there were some crumbs and hair inside the drawers.

This is an excellent location for the attractions we were interested in visiting. We mostly walked and had multiple dining options for dinner and an excellent breakfast spot two blocks away.
Lack of expected amenities such as an ice bucket or drinking glasses.

The hotel staff was nice.
There was pink mold/mildew on the shower curtain.
There was a urine smell throughout the room.
We had bites on our bodies after sleeping on the bed -- it looks like from bed bugs.
It was hard to sleep due to constant street noise coming in through the thin walls.

We were put in the wrong room the first night, very inconvenient for us and what we needed, but Mike helped us out and was able to move us into the correct room for the three last nights.
People are loud, coming back to the room at 2am, stomping in an upstairs room, talking loud, cursing, etc but this is not the fault of the property!

Great location parking was easy and rooms are spacious. Bed is extremely comfortable. Comes with a refrigerator microwave plus Alex at the front desk is a great host.
