The price point for the location was great. We didn't realize until we were there that we were near some pretty iconic spots. The room was spacious enough for a family of 4, and the area was fairly quiet, which means a lot since we have a toddler.
My only complaint is that there was no AC or anything like that, just a fan. Even in October, it was pretty warm in the room. We had to keep the fan on, and open all of the windows to get an air flow, but we can't leave the windows open at night since 2 of the windows didn't have screens.

The location was good.
The room felt shady, old, dirty. No A/C which made the room heat up like a greenhouse during the day. The bathroom had ants all over the place (with no food or anything around). Mentioned it to the staff, they "serviced" it, but 2 days later we came back to the motel and the whole bathroom was infested with ants crawling up the walls (see pictures). We got offered a different (but same low quality) room. 1 day later there were ants as well (again, no food or anything from our side laying around). Then couldn't sleep because the walls are made of paper and our neighbours enjoyed a long, loud, sensual night (repeatedly). Wouldn't recommend

Great location, included parking (rare for the area), free coffee was also much appreciated. Room was clean and as advertised.
