My favorite part of this hotel is the water station—it’s eco-friendly, convenient, and very comfortable. I love that I can get fresh water anytime I want. The room service is also very good. Overall, the hotel’s style and interior design perfectly match my taste, creating a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The hotel is between Nob Hill and Union Square and very convenient for visiting many sites. The room was more spacious that I expected and very comfortable. The water refill station was a nice touch.

Super comfortable bed, spacious and functional room and bathroom, and everything was clean, and quiet. It may not have a lot of character or warmth, but the location is great and it definitely fit the bill. I’d recommend it—no complaints!

We asked for maintenance for fix our water temperature because our water kept running cold. We told them in the morning and by night when we returned to the hotel, they said it had been fixed. We go to shower and find out that the water is running brown. The staff tell us to run it for 30 minutes to clear up the water, but after we ran it for 50 minutes it still came out brown. We notified them of this issue, and they offered free breakfast - which did not solve our issue as we needed to shower and were planning on leaving on a far trip to Palo Alto early next morning. Finally after switching our rooms (which the water was brown again) and then us advocating for a room at their sister hotel, 2 hours later, the issue was finally resolved. The lack of solutions provided by the staff and making us wait so long for a conclusion was truly unacceptable.
