Location was great for us.The room was a lovely size and the beds were comfortable
The reception staff had to open the door if we were late back to the hotel as there was no key.

Good location for walking around San Francisco.
Nice staff.

The room wasn't particularly clean - dusty and some hairs in the bathroom.

Very comfortable room all around, nice chair (plastic, but not unpleasant plastic, so it actually seemed clean!), separate area for coffee (keurig), they don't use bottled water but have a water carafe you can fill from sites in the hotel (unfortunately, there are only three sites, so it's a bit inconvenient--but environmentally better). Bed was very comfortable, sheets, pillows high quality. Bathroom was updated and spacious. The room was much larger than I was expecting (King deluxe room). They have a nice "lobby" area that also serves breakfast. The room has a clock, plenty of outlets.
I can't think of anything I didn't like. Location is not particularly nice--but in SF it could be much worse!

This hotel has very large, comfortable rooms, a nice restaurant for breakfast, and an exceptionally friendly, hard-working and accommodating staff. It is very convenient to Union Square and Nob Hill.
Rooms facing Bush St do get a bit of traffic noise, although double-glazed windows help.

The location is great; it was near work, near Chinatown, near Union Square; also near shops and the cable car stop. It´s all amazing and I have stayed there twice. Hotel is very clean and in a safe area.
If I could recommend one thing, it would be for the hotel to offer breakfast. But at least it is near shops/cafes.
Overall, the experience is amazing and I would stay there again. Highly recommend it!

Location was excellent, advice on arrival about how best arrive would of been appreciated as San fran hills are no joke ! Hotel itself was perfect for a short city visit.
The location needs explanation as it can be accessed by many routes and an underpass.

Large room, clean environment. Friendly reception staff.
No water in room on arrival or topped up during stay. Access to water fountain on a different floor but you needed to full water container up yourself. Towels were not replenished even though instructions in room were followed.

Staff were extremely nice and helpful; the room was quite large and less expensive than many of the other larger hotel chains in the Union Square area; the room was tastefully designed with a table and a desk, two very comfortable beds, and a spacious and clean bathroom. I would definitely stay here again! We stayed on the top floor (10th floor) and it was very quiet.
