breakfast ( only meal served) food terrible, no lobby, guests used unused dining area to sit, a great place to sleep, but not a Hotel in the grand sense

Spacious, nice, modern room. HVAC system works very well.
Put towels under door to prevent wind blowing and light entering room. Easily fixable with the towels.

As a former resident of the city, it’s a great location. Hotel was very clean, the room very comfortable and quiet, good space for two guests. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Great location, easily walkable to much of what we wanted to see. Professional, attentive staff, always available to answer questions and offer recommendations. Convenient having breakfast onsite. The food was good and a lower price than other options nearby. Rooms were comfortable and clean. It was great being able to get water on-site!

Their location is the best! Everything is near. Restos are literally 25 steps away. Shopping area is 25 steps away. It was always raining in SFO when we were there, so if you can't go out to dine, UberEats is very fast just 10mins. Moreover, the entire hotel team was very warm & helpful, special mention to Mr Johnny, he showed extra care to guests, he told me to bring their hotel umbrella as it might rain. And yes, it rained. The hotel umbrella saved the day! We booked a straight stay (10 nights, 2 rooms) even though we went out of town for 3nights, we kept our rooms. We requested for late check out coz our flight was almost midnight, they are very accommodating of our requests. The housekeeping team is cleaning daily, whether you request or not. Microwave is available at the lobby for your leftovers or whatnots. Drinking water at 7th flr.
Nothing much, just petty things like e.g. No free toothpaste, it's surprising for a 4-star hotel. And No hot choco pods for kids, only coffee pods. The rest are great:)

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Facilities were great (lots of towels available), good choices of TV channels (cable). I liked the bathtub design (smaller but shallow enough to lie flat). Hotel offered free access to filtered water dispenser (located on 2 floors of the hotel). It is located right by the entrance of Chinatown and 5-7 mins walk to closest BART station. San Francisco hotels can be a little expensive, it's a little difficult to find a hotel that is reasonably priced, modern, not rundown, and in a safe location. This hotel has exceeded my expectations.
I could sometimes hear very faint water pipe noise from another room, but otherwise the room was very quiet.
