Room faced adjacent offices which meant curtains had to be kept closed for privacy.

The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean! I also appreciated the free upgrade. Additionally, the staff was super friendly and was always available if I had questions, opened the door when I left, greeted me, etc.
The one thing that I didn't love was that I got locked out of my room twice, both times in my pajamas while going to the 7th floor to get water. I was told that the key cards are sensitive so I tried to make sure they weren't touching any credit cards, but they would still not work, which was not the best experience.

Beautiful rural location just 30 minutes from Yosemite National Park. Lovely family run hotel with a warm welcome. Great home-cooked breakfasts.
The bedroom was a little cramped, but mitigated by large communal areas to sit in.

Had a room on the 5th floor, high up enough that I didn't hear the traffic. The room was spacious, the fridge worked, the shower worked, and there was lots of nice hot water. They were super flexible in terms of refunding me due to a cancelled flight.

I was greeted by friendly, helpful staff upon arrival. When I got to the room, I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities. The bed was especially comfortable!
Honestly, everything was great. When I return to San Francisco, I'd definitely consider staying here again!
