The location was excellent, close to all the sightseeing places in San Francisco. There were lots of cafes and restaurants in the area. The rooms were very spacious. We had two connecting rooms with sofas and it felt like a home. The entire hotel was really upscale and the rooms were extremely clean and well decorated. The staff was very friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.
I can not think of anything that I did not like.

Super clean, large-sized room with a wonderful front desk team who went out of their way every day to make our stay comfortable.
The only small issue I had was that the TV 'Cast' option wasn't working on the first morning. I wondered if it was a TV issue, so I went to reception, where they told me there was no 'Cast' function. That wasn't true. I managed to solve the issue myself by rebooting the TV box, behind the TV. It would have been a shame to miss out on this, as my colleagues had the option immediately. A tiny small thing.

Cleaning crew to the housekeepers was friendly and professional. The room was clean and spacious, and the location right next to Chinatown is excellent. The gentleman on the morning shift at the counter was also very helpful with our luggage for our late flight.
Check-in was a disaster. MinYi couldn't find my reservation and actually handed me the check-in list with other guests' details to find my own name (where’s the guests privacy?). It was right there on the first page; she simply hadn't looked properly. Throughout my stay, she never once acknowledged us, staying glued to her computer screen.
Even more frustrating, we discovered on our last day that there is a button at the desk to remotely open the front door for guests. The morning shift gentleman used it for everyone, but MinYi never once pressed it for us in four days. Even when I stood directly in front of her to retrieve my luggage, she continued sipping her water until I literally had to say "hello" to get her attention.
Be aware that the street is very busy on weekdays. If you stay here, expect to hear sirens or construction noise at night, though it does quiet down significantly on the weekend.
