The room was spacious enough and clean. Quiet as well. Perfectly adequate for a 3 night stay.
My room would stop working every time I left the room. I was on the 9th floor and would keep having to go up and down to get them to reset it.

We booked this pre-cruise due to location and price. It was perfect for both.
I dislike where you have to put in your room card in order to get the lights or the air conditioning to work. Water bottles in the room would have been nice.

Right near Chinatown and easily walkable to Union Square about 7 minutes. Close distance to the public transportation also. The beds were comfortable, the room was nice and truly was a pleasant stay without paying an insane amount of money.

The staff were amazing, very helpful. The room was larger than most with a very comfortable bed. The Filtered Water Station was a great touch.

Great location, room spacious, water refill station to reduce use plastic bottles, microwave at lobby to warm up food, can request for kettle to make hot water if need, booked for room only didnt try breakfast, recommend try opposite cafe de la presse also good breakfast options

The staff were extremely sweet and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and nicely kept together. The location was perfect being right at the entrance of Chinatown. The check in and out process was very easy and I really appreciated the fact that they were able to give us a room despite being early to our check in.
The only downside to my room would be the lack of ventilation in the bathroom - I don't think ours was working :( Another thing to note is that the rooms are a bit outdated so the outlets were not immediately obvious to us when entering the suite.
