Elegant property, elegant,professional, courteous and extremely helpful staff! It well maintained, clean throughout the entire property. I enjoyed being greeted daily as we came and went. The front desk always asking how our stay was going and if we needed anything including directions(map was provided) restaurant, places to visit, and local transit recommendations etc. And I appreciated the small touches like complimentary coffee, refreshing fresh fruit infused water, fresh apples and local China Town fortune cookies available daily.

Great location to explore SF. Staff was very nice. The first night we experienced a room with quiet a lot of noise probably due to cooling system , or water boiler .. the staff quickly allocated us a new room that was much more silent. This was very appreciated.
Some bedrooms can be noisy due to cooling system of the building or water boilers ..

A very smart hotel in the North Beach area. Comfortable room and bed. Cable cars run past the hotel.
Service was VERY slow at breakfast. Although the hotel was swish it is seriously overpriced.

We liked everything - the Duty Manager who was checking us in was excellent, we stayed on the 16th floor, the room was quiet, beds comfy and everyone in the hotel from front desk staff to cleaning ladies were very professional, nice and helpful.

loved our stay at the Omni, it was a luxurious stay but not at luxury price tag. The bed and the pillows are so comfy that we want to purchase the same for our own home. Ample space in the room and bathroom. Amenity list of all the amenities available for the asking was comprehensive.

Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Great location, very walkable and close to BART. Nice to have free coffee in the lobby in the mornings and water during the rest of the day.
