Easy access
I had called the front desk about being 10 minutes late with the checkout time witch they where understand about. But, I did not appreciate that house clean opened my room right at check out time even after I let them know I was still in the room. That was very rude/unprofessional. I understand that I was late for the checkout but I has already informed the front desk. I felt that was very invasion of my privacy. What if I wasn’t dressed or in the restroom. (Witch wasn’t the case) and they just barged into the room.

Wonderful
I liked that the room was newly updated and felt clean and comfortable. The parking felt safe, and having it free was a big plus. The location also made it easy to get around the area.
I was uncomfortable with other guests smoking just outside their rooms. The smell carried into the walkways and made the environment less pleasant. It would be better if smoking were limited to specific areas.

The location, parking, the newly renovated rooms
The odor in the room was extraordinarily unpleasant, nearly intolerable. It was so strong that it caused feelings of nausea. The source was a cleaning product that had not been adequately rinsed. I requested that no cleaning be performed in my room the following day, and my request was not honored. Due to the overwhelming smell, I was compelled to prop the door open with a chair to ventilate the room. And had to forgo a cleaning the next day.

Newly renovated room, spacious and clean. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores.
A bit far from fisherman's warf and very tight and limited number of parking space on the hotel vicinity. Another downside are the small pillows provided on the rooms.

The room had everything. The rooms were fully refurbished, and they had heating/ac, fridge, microwave oven and coffee maker. The bathroom was very pretty. There was a tub and marble-like tile.

Comfortable bed, room, bathroom
Limited noise insulation - a challenge for sleeping (noise from upstairs, fortunately short lived; noise from people walking by, getting and out of their cars). I should have wore ear plugs, but it didn't occur to me, I guess too tired for ideas/ solutions....

It was in a good location and was clean. And the free parking was great. Parking is tight in a bigger car, but doable.
It was very basic and not the highest quality. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable.

The room was clean, comfortable with a cozy bed and plenty of natural light. Everything worked as expected, and the space felt quiet and relaxing after a long day. A solid choice for a comfortable, no-stress stay.

The room was huge and clean but the arrangement and layout of the room was a bit odd. There was 2 large countertops for mini kitchen use, but they were on opposite sides of the room.
