- Free on-site parking included in the room rate
- Convenient location (at least during the day, we didn’t go out at night)
- The room looked modern and fairly clean at first, but closer inspection revealed crooked doors, missing baseboards, dirty and damaged window frames, worn shutters, and blackened walls in the close
- Street traffic noise and strong vibrations and noise coming from other floors, which made it hard to sleep.
- Shutters didn’t close properly, letting in too much light.

Location in Nob Hill was ideal. Good access to muni.
Water for shower was very slow to warm up. Room was bare with no decoration and minimal furnishings.

I was skeptical after some of the reviews, but our king room was huge and very newly renovated. Great neighborhood and within walking distance of the warf, Union Square, parks, etc.

Wonderful central location with (sufficient) free parking. Very nice renovations ... super clean, minimal and stark decor. We loved walking around the surrounding area. Nice elevator to upper floors. Would love to come back!

The location and connectivity to various modes of public transport in San Francisco was perfect
the coffee provided in the room was very weak, which seems to be normal. However the coffee service at reception was most of the time unavailable

The beds were confortable. The free parking. The central position. Microwave and hairdryer. Spacious room.
No personel at the reception, impossible to get hold of someone. No real reception at all actually. And one of the pillows was really dirty like a car had drove on it.

The bed was very comfortable and the room facilities were all very good and in good working order and clean and bright. The onsite parking was very useful and easy to use. The location was very good for our exploration of SF. We had easy access to walk or use the various public transport options. Plenty of local shops, bars, and restaurants to choose from if you don't want to go to the pier areas all of the time. Overall, a good base for everything in the city and quiet enough to relax away from the traffic.

The location of the Inn is great and the bed was comfortable. It did have a mini fridge and microwave. Another very nice feature is the free parking. We did not have a car, but having free parking available in the city is amazing. It's because it is an old motel, so the parking spaces are under the rooms with a courtyard, very cool.
The rooms smelled bad when we first got there, like dirty mop water. The walls of the room were bare with no artwork at all, making it very blah. The TV had no local station reception, so you had to use an App for different things like Netflix, etc. However, we never got it to work. It would be nice to have access to local news stations at least. We were at the front of the building, at the street and the mornings were very loud with street trucks.
