Nice sized room with comfortable beds. Location is great, you can get around the city easily by car or on foot. Parking was included and there was always sufficient space.
It was a bit noisy, as you can hear people walking past your room. You don’t hear any city traffic and as the other people were mostly quiet this didn’t really bother us. Could be different during the weekend, if people go out until late at night.

Fresh and bright room. Giant tv on the wall. Large bathroom space.
3 small thin pillows on bed. Requested another pillow and received one without a pillow slip. Mixed quality towels. Quality of refurbishment was poor. Gaps in painting and tap in bathroom not in hole of sink properly. Beware very small car park size, fit small cars only.

The best thing is that the hotel is newly renovated and that there are also free parking spaces. The rooms were basic but clean. Nearby good places to eat and shop. Also, safe surroundings (we walked at night and we felt very safe).

Location is very convenient, and neighbourhood is quiet and safe.
Room is clean. Smoking is strictly prohibed hence there wasn't any annoy smell in the room.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
The parking is free but the parking space is quite narrow.

Freeeee parking first come first serve but it was wonderful
Noise outside doesn’t bother me at all , after all In your in SF! But if you need a super quiet place it might not be for you. Lots of fun activities happening on the streets outside.

very good location, close to everything, large room with a comfortable king bed,for this money you can't expect too much, parking is very tight but in the price of the room, it's a big plus!, safe!, quiet, they have 34 rooms together
they did a renovation, but the workmanship was very sloppy, for greater comfort they should have added a table and 2 chairs

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.
The booking says there is parking on site for free. It does not say it's on a first come basis. They DO NOT have enough parking for the rooms. Also the elevator is weird.

Clean & in a good location
The rooms have been renovated & are big so why not add a bench or space for suitcases .. so uncomfortable to have suitcases on the ground.
Needs curtains on the window to the interior corridor 100%. Could not sleep due to cheap / broken louvres letting light in.
Also needs a security lock/pin on the inside of the door .
Thought we would fall through the floor on the L2 corridor.

The area of the hotel was clean and quiet . The rooms with 2 beds or king beds have a lot of space.
the tv in my room didn’t turn on ,I called the front desk for some help but no one answers. If you’re in the 2nd floor you can hear people walking above you( it wasn’t too bad ) .Some rooms might not have full length mirrors. The room that has the full bed size doesn’t have a lot of walking room. The parking spot are mainly meant for compact cars, there are a few good parking spots for wider cars (if you get lucky)
