The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfy. Where the motel is situated, is a safe and enjoyable area.
The walls of the rooms seem to be quite then and so you are able to hear a lot of what is going on in other rooms and outside of your room.

Nice location, coffees and shops around the corner, and in the "safe" region in the city. The price was also unbeatable. Fridge, Microwave and Coffee Maker also made our stay very convenient.
There was a bit of a "smell" in the room, and you notice that it's a bit older, and just renovated a bit. But honestly, for the price it was better than expected.

Newly re-decorated rooms as pictured, very spacious, great location around Nob Hill and just off Polk Street.
Wasn't as clean as expected - small stray hairs were left behind on bathroom surfaces. Also, shower water temperature is not very hot, which is sometimes needed when it's very chilly in SF. There's no sound insulation, you will hear all noise that is made around the building, including when the next door room is using the heater / fan. An unexpected $200 deposit is also taken from you on arrival (rather than just a hold on your card).

The room was spacious, comfortable, and freshly renovated. It had a desk with an office chair, a fridge, a bench area, and a large bathroom with a tub and a nice LED mirror at the sink. The room was clean and housekeeping replaced the towels daily, which we appreciated. The Wi-Fi was quick and reliable, and the location is excellent, very close to many first-time tourist spots and great restaurants. Getting an Uber or taxi was also easy because there’s a driveway they can pull into despite being in the middle of the city. We also didn’t hear much noise during our stay, and there was plenty of parking available.
The air conditioning wasn’t functioning when we first checked in, but an electrician attended to it within about two hours. That was the only hiccup, and the staff handled it promptly. The room also didn’t have a proper dining table, only the desk and a small one-person side table by the bench, so eating meals in the room wasn’t very convenient. There were also very limited amenities overall, apart from a vending machine at the ground-level car park.
