Nice reception, friendly staff, cheap.
Nothing warm for breakfast, very poor choice, mostly bread, eggs and packed cheese. No meat or vegetables at all. Very mouldy in the bathroom.

Old style small SF hotel. Staff and accommodations are perfect, with a close by coffee shop and wonderful lobby restaurant. didn't get a chance to check out the roof top terrace! If you like staying in a neighborhood with real people, this is for you.

it was very cute and loved the amenities it offered
i didn’t like the area it was in. was a little dangerous so we didn’t feel comfortable parking the car somewhere and walking with our luggage so we had to pay the hotel 60 dollars to valet our car and when we wanted to leave in the morning at 7 the valet hadn’t opened yet so we had to wait.

They did move us to a different room when we said we were unhappy with ours, which was appreciated but did not make up for the rest.
Very disappointed with our stay, the hotel is nothing like the photos shown. We booked a standard room and it was very small for two people, the door didn’t lock properly and you can hear absolutely everything going on next door. My partner and I were woken up at midnight by next door getting in from a night out, and then woken up by them the next day, as if they were in the room with us. Parking closes at 10pm, we arrived at 10.20pm and had to find an alternate even though we reached out multiple times before our arrival to request parking. The staff were unhelpful and the breakfast was also not good.

Fantastic staff, helpful with valeting my car, and wonderful complimentary coffee in lobby was a plus.
The near by streets were covered in trash, vomit and human feces. It is not the hotels fault of course, the unhoused folks make it really difficult to enjoy certain parts of the city.

Was a little worried after reading some reviews but everything was fine for us. The bed was super comfy. Breakfast was included and hot drinks were available 24/7. The gentleman on reception when we checked in was really polite and very smiley

There were no plugs in the whole room besides the bathroom… On a timer. This is not ok for a hotel
