Cute and cozy.
No air conditioning. There is some sort of fan but didn’t help in 92 degree weather. Tiny room. One creaky elevator. Very close to the Tenderloin neighborhood which no one warned me about. Don’t take a right from the front door. Also a hospital close, sirens all night. One coffee machine. Lines.

The location of the hotel is quite alright and the installations are not bad. For two nights it was alright. They have a nice terrace for everyone to use, which was nice.
The room they have us was the smallest ever for two people. So if they give you the room number 300 for two people, ask for a change. The breakfast is too basic.

Great location! Easy walk down (well hilly!) to Fisherman’s Wharf through Russian Hill, which had some great little local restaurants! The hotel was clean, modern and the staff were friendly. Also had a nice little Mediterranean restaurant we went to one night.
Whilst there was a complimentary continental breakfast, it was very basic. So if you are looking for a more varied breakfast there are some great independent places a short walk away.
Also, we had an interconnecting room, and you could literally hear the other people in the room next door, breathing!! No sound proofing at all, so if you stay make sure if you can to ask NOT to stay in one of these rooms!

The hotel was great in many ways free hot drinks and water all day and free breakfast each morning . Staff great
The shower floor wasn't great so wore flip flops rest of bathroom was fine and also room and beds lovely . Came across too many people from the adjoining area of the tenderloin

Good location, clean, good price! Good size working mini fridge. Clean towels everyday and room service did a great job..
No A/C, Only a microwave on the 2nd floor with an Ice machine. Included breakfaat is lacking, lame and cold!. Hot water was not working optimal but was quickly fixed when staff was made aware of it.

It was clean. Staff was very friendly.
Very loud surroundings, you can hear most of the rooms around you and pipes are loud when someone is taking shower close by. Parking is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE, I would suggest looking nearby for a parking. Also, just a heads up you cannot get your car after 10PM or before 8AM or leave the car at that period.
I am travelling a lot and this was by far the worst breakfast out of all. You only get some bread, spread cheese, boiled eggs (that dont look healthy, but poisonous). You cannot get warm milk, you have oats and that is it, we made our decision to pick this spot because of the breakfast and we were very dissapointed. Also, nobody cleaned the table during breakfast, so people sat with paper plates and cups, oh yes everything is paper and plastic. Most of the times lift didnt work.
