The coffee and breakfast available was nice. It’s nicely renovated, clean and the old elevator is pretty cool. If you’re on a budget then it’s a good plan to stay.
Public transport in the immediate area isn’t great, we still ended up walking a lot.
The area feels safe however only a couple blocks away is the Tenderloin and it’s not a place you want to explore.

The staff at this hotel will help you with any questions you have even before you arrive, by email. We had a really lovely stay in San Francisco and the hotel was in a great location as we like to walk around and explore, but it was ideal for transport to the sights too.

Good location, and friendly staff. The hotel is in an old building, but the facilities are good. Coffee in the lobby is good. The lift make me a deep impression.
Breakfast can be better, and if the parking fee be cheaper it would be best.

When I first got to my hotel room, there was poop in the toilet. I found this nasty surprise to be disgusting, unhygienic, and wholly unprofessional. Most of the towels in my bathroom were also badly stained.
When I was checking in, the staff argued with me for several minutes saying I had "insufficient funds" on my credit card to cover the $100 deposit. Once he finally realized the mistake was on his end, he did not so much as apologize.
I traveled for work, but the wi-fi was unstable to the point of being virtually unusable. I ended up having to pay to use a separate co-working space, which was frustrating given the money I was already spending on the hotel.

Super confortable room! Big equipped bathroom, Coffee machine, continental breakfast, great location.
One day we were taking a nap and the cleaning lady knocked on the door and immediately opened it without waiting for an answer to ask if we wanted cleaning service today. I panicked a little.
