Good location, clean, good price! Good size working mini fridge. Clean towels everyday and room service did a great job..
No A/C, Only a microwave on the 2nd floor with an Ice machine. Included breakfaat is lacking, lame and cold!. Hot water was not working optimal but was quickly fixed when staff was made aware of it.

There was no consideration when my Jacuzzi didn’t work and there was no hot water. They didn’t seem to want to fix the problem so just moved me.

It was clean. Staff was very friendly.
Very loud surroundings, you can hear most of the rooms around you and pipes are loud when someone is taking shower close by. Parking is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE, I would suggest looking nearby for a parking. Also, just a heads up you cannot get your car after 10PM or before 8AM or leave the car at that period.
I am travelling a lot and this was by far the worst breakfast out of all. You only get some bread, spread cheese, boiled eggs (that dont look healthy, but poisonous). You cannot get warm milk, you have oats and that is it, we made our decision to pick this spot because of the breakfast and we were very dissapointed. Also, nobody cleaned the table during breakfast, so people sat with paper plates and cups, oh yes everything is paper and plastic. Most of the times lift didnt work.

The room was really lovely, very spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable too. One female receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was very simple, the fruit was very bruised and looked unappetising. The staff, two male receptionists, were not very attentive.

-Good price
-NOISE during night from road (cars, street cleaners, rubbish collectors, delivery trucks, ambulances). Old building & windows not soundproof. Also ice machine is noisy- too near bedrooms
-Small basin in bathroom that had little bench surface
-No microwave in dinning room to cook rolled oats.

Complimentary coffee and hot drinks, beds were made up nicely daily
The rooms were very hot and stuffy, shower water smelt stale, breakfast was eaten on paper plates and plastic knives and forks, staff weren’t very helpful we were not acknowledge when we entered until I said something, rooftop wasn’t much of a rooftop, elevator was extremely hard to manoeuvre with luggage.

Exceptional
The hotel is without a doubt very clean and sophisticated. Room was comfortable and all amenities were provided. The hotel offered a breakfast which was simple but sufficient and a great surprise.

Nice, comfortable room in a central location and great to have water and tea available all day.
Breakfast was basic and we didn’t like the use of paper and plastic plates and cutlery, none of which were being recycled. The bowls actually sauce ‘compostable except in California’ !!!

The location, the service was great and the breakfast was always refill
The cleaning was not that good. When we check in, the small trash was not clean. Some of the pillows were kinda dirty and they didn't grab the bathrobe to clean it.
