The breakfast was terrific and beautifully served. The living room was very inviting.
Reading lamps near the wonderfully comfortable chairs in the living room and a small table there for tea.

Beautiful rose garden, quiet location, and wonderful building. Lovely decorations for the holidays and great collection of teacups. Easy access to the building.
The dogs. The old tired linens washed with scented detergent. Bed linens were poly/cotton. Some nails are poking out of the carpets. Pillows were FLAT. Breakfast was at 8AM - too early for these old people. Felt pushed out of the house because the "street sweeper" was arriving around 9 AM.

Kathleen prepares a wonderful breakfast and arranges everything with exceptional care. We felt welcome and at home.
The neighborhoud was very nice and quite, in walking distance to the Ocean. Restaurants and bus stops are all near by.
We had the room under the roof, the hight was a bit of a challenge

Breakfast and sharing experience with other guests.
Old furnitures, totally overpriced stay, not good service when arrived and departed. Parking situation challenging.

Great location easy to get nto . Comfortable sleeping
Breakfast could have been a tad better. Toast or English muffins... butter jam ? Soft music in main room . Also fire place didn't work in room .
