Breakfast was okay at best. It was just a little something to fill the belly until you had a real breakfast. But I have no complaints. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet. it is located close enough to some attractions and restaurants.But far enough away to not be admitz the hubbub of city. The guest services were accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody going to the city or passing through is a quick access off highway.101 and a quick access back on.
Elevator? An omelet maker would have been nice.

Location
I do not recommend this hotel at all. There was a constant mechanical noise running 24 hours a day throughout our entire stay. It was extremely disruptive and made it very difficult to sleep. The room was not suitable for proper rest because of this issue. When I asked the manager to move us to another room, the request was refused in a rude and dismissive manner. Later, we were told we could check out early and receive a refund, but when the refund was requested through Booking.com, it was never processed. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to the noise, poor handling of the situation.

Wonderful
The Motel was at great location with all amenities around. Rooms were quite clean and good amenities. Quick bite breakfast is good enough to start the day. The great part was staff and the Mnager Mr. Nick. He was quiet helpful and went extra mile to support in all possible manner. Wonderful experience and such great hospitality are much appreciated.

Convenient, quiet, and clean, with a great location just a 10-minute Uber ride to the pier and Chinatown. It is also within walking distance of a few blocks from Union Street.

Location of the hotel. Its near pier 39.
​We stayed in Room 104 and were shocked by the unprofessionalism of the front desk staff. Despite our room only being cleaned once during a five-day stay, a male receptionist at checkout began shouting at my wife and me over minor floor debris. He was verbally abusive, which was a deeply personal and uncalled-for insult to a family traveling with a 2-year-old and a 5-year-old. ​The lack of basic hospitality was appalling. When we returned at 3 PM to collect our stored luggage, the same staff member heartlessly refused to let my 2-year-old daughter use the restroom. We have never encountered such a complete lack of empathy or respect for guests and their children. Families should avoid this motel at all costs.
