Everything went well. The staff and management were great, especially considering the fact that they were VERY busy the weekend we were there due to the Holidays. The room/bed were very comfortable. What you'd expect from the Mark Hopkins SF.

The location is perfect!
The elevators were sooooo slow! Top of the Mark is very overpriced! Locked fridge in room & no microwave. No coffee in room! Check in was less than good! Don't think the receptionist wanted to be there!

The bathroom was very tight in space and no counter space, no place to hang bath towel and hand towel.
The bed is on the soft side and almost too soft, pillows have absolutely not much support.
