Friendly staff. Very good location.
The breakfast experience was quite disappointing. Breakfast is served between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m., and I arrived at 8:30 a.m. The only options available were bagels with cheese, coffee, and orange juice, but that wasn't the most frustrating aspect. When I got there, it was significantly crowded, and there was an overwhelming silence. There wasn’t enough room to select your food or enjoy your meal comfortably. The noise levels in the facility are especially high in the evenings and early mornings. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Amazing location, complimentary breakfast was a lovely surprise, staff was nice, spacious rooms, equipment exactly what you need, comfrotable beds

Not a lot. Had issues from checking in right up to the day before we checked out.
Apart from initial check-in, the staff did try to help and were extremely apologetic over the personal belongings issue.
No apparent record of our booking, which eventually took 20 minutes for them to find.
The room key was not working after the first day because our booking wasn't showing again!
Day 2 Our room keys work, but upon our return, ALL of our belongings had been removed from our room and shoved in bin bags. There was no record of us on the system AGAIN, so our stuff was removed.
Breakfast basic and constantly hsving to ask for items to be replaced.
