We booked a 6 person room for our family of 5 and it fit our needs perfectly at a reasonable price for 5 people. The room was clean, the beds were comfy and it was relatively quiet because it was not street facing (and that was great for sleeping.) The staff was helpful. Many of the other travelers were families and older folks which made it made the vibe very comfortable. Great access to city bus.
Breakfast could be improved by adding some unsweetened options. The coffee was good but the food was all very sugary (cereals and sweetened yogurt and oatmeal.)

Clean and gorgeous property within walking distance of the pier, a laundromat, and grocers.
Lots of traffic during the night but probably unavoidable in the best tourist spots.

Good location close to Ghirardelli Square. We only parked for around an hour, but the underground car parking was convenient.
Good value for money, the room was very spacious for San Francisco standards. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean.
Breakfast options were quite limited and the breakfast room seemed too tiny to accomodate all the guests, so we didn't make use of the free breakfast service.

I liked the hotel — it has a good location, and the room was clean, bright, and nice. I also liked the staff — they were polite and friendly
When we arrived, there were no available spots in the hotel's parking lot. All nearby street parking was also full. The hotel staff kindly advised us where we could park our car, but it was about a 10-minute walk from the hotel
