The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location was fabulous and the view from our balcony were amazing.
Within walking distance to the beach and the Lombard street.

We had a view of the Golden Gate Bridge from our room and we were on Lombard Street, the famous windy street in San Francisco! We weren’t far from the wharf, which was incredible spent time on Pier 45, and watched the sea lions and the antique pinball machine museum on Pier 39 1/2! So fun easy to get around to anywhere!
Would have liked bananas, vanilla, yogurt, and granola for breakfast. We had similar options, but we love to make vanilla yogurt parfaits in the morning.! They were little oranges, berry, flavored yogurt, and cornflakes available. There was some so-so coffee, but ran out quickly. Still appreciated having breakfast available and the coffee shop next-door was incredible!!!! Toast, and pb and jam would be a nice option for breakfast also!

Loved the location and the fact that we could park in their private car park for free.
The room was very quiet, sunny and spacious.
A mini fridge was in the room and we could use a microwave near reception.
The staff were friendly.
The wifi worked well and the beds were comfy. The price was good for central San Francisco.
