i can't think of anything
there a constant noise (water pressure) all the time, not good. water pressure was very weak the shampoo and body was dispensers were not working at all, made it hard to wash or shower :( the cookies were not that good :( pillows not very comfortable

The bathroom had a weird clicking noise that happen periodically. The bed wasn’t up to par with Marriott locations i’ve stayed at.

It is well located. Period.
Very disappointing stay, not worthy of a 4-star hotel. 1. The staff was rude and unwelcoming. There was no help and no attempt to apologize for the poor service. 2. Our room had a broken handle in the restroom. This is absolutely unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. At the very least, an apology would have been appropriate - but I didn’t receive a single word (I would have even expected a small gesture, like a treat in a room). 3. I paid extra for a room with a “view.” See the attached picture: this does not look like a skyline view to me. When I mentioned this at reception, they only nodded. No apology, no refund, no offer to change the room. 4. There is no soundproofing. I could literally hear every word from the neighboring room at night. 5. The towels are extremely small, so tiny that even a baby could barely be wrapped in them. 6. The water pressure is very low. 7. Housekeeping was poor: they didn’t even make the bed. 8. Even bottled water is charged.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Needed maintenance in our room and they came and solved the issue within minutes. The food from the restaurant was amazing. Everything was so clean and well kept. Definitely will be staying again.

Location. Room was nice with a view. Good lounge.
Television didn’t work. Would go on then shutdown when trying to make a TV selection. Shower wash, shampoo accessories in shower were difficult to extract product sticking dispensers.

Great location. Walking distance to public transit and many restaurants and coffee shops. We chose this hotel due to the proximity to Punchline comedy club. Everything in the hotel looked very high-end and luxury. The elevators are spacious, quiet, and very fast. They have water filter stations on every floor to refill water bottles for free. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and stocked.
The beds were extremely firm, borderline uncomfortable. Pillows were either too firm or too soft. Water pressure in the shower was low. There are lights along the base of the beds that light up when you walk past—helpful in the middle of the night, except the ones on the bed across from me came on multiple times (perhaps the blanket triggered it somehow?) and woke me up.

The staff at the main entrance are extremely rude since we arrived he was making a problem with taking our car , not welcoming at all . and the reception only had one person working who spent over an hour on the phone helping with a booking while guests were waiting. The luggage helper was also very rude, chasing me for a tip and sarcastically shouting “Appreciate it!” — nowadays, who even carries cash for tips? The shower was honestly the worst I’ve ever experienced — absolutely zero water pressure. Overall, a terrible experience. I would never go back to this place.
