Insane hotel. The room was clean, cozy and spacious. Did not want to leave. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were amazing. The hotel was in a good location and the staff were really lovely. If I ever go back to San Fran I would 100% stay here again!

It is well located. Period.
Very disappointing stay, not worthy of a 4-star hotel. 1. The staff was rude and unwelcoming. There was no help and no attempt to apologize for the poor service. 2. Our room had a broken handle in the restroom. This is absolutely unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. At the very least, an apology would have been appropriate - but I didn’t receive a single word (I would have even expected a small gesture, like a treat in a room). 3. I paid extra for a room with a “view.” See the attached picture: this does not look like a skyline view to me. When I mentioned this at reception, they only nodded. No apology, no refund, no offer to change the room. 4. There is no soundproofing. I could literally hear every word from the neighboring room at night. 5. The towels are extremely small, so tiny that even a baby could barely be wrapped in them. 6. The water pressure is very low. 7. Housekeeping was poor: they didn’t even make the bed. 8. Even bottled water is charged.

The bathroom had a weird clicking noise that happen periodically. The bed wasn’t up to par with Marriott locations i’ve stayed at.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Needed maintenance in our room and they came and solved the issue within minutes. The food from the restaurant was amazing. Everything was so clean and well kept. Definitely will be staying again.
