Very clean and updated. Nice views of the city. Super friendly staff from the front desk to housekeeping.
No breakfast offered however complimentary coffee, tea and pastries were always out.

It was close to my brother and we got the room earlier which was great.
Unfortunately they do not have breakfast and we did not know that there were repairs being done right outside our window.

loved the room, bathroom, location!! all really good.
The only "bad" thing was the light at my desk did not work and wouldn't charge my phone either.
there wasn't a lightbulb in the light fixture.
and a strong chemical smell on the first floor landing of the stairwell? it was odd???

The hotel is charming in its vintage deco decor. Our room was large and had 2 nice sitting/reading chairs, a small kitchen with a Illy coffee maker, half fridge, and microwave. The bathroom was ample with very nice tile and fixtures. There was always someone at or near the front desk.
The location was perfect for us. We wanted to be near the Presidio. There are lots of restaurants and shops on Sacramento and California St. We used Waymo and never had to wait more than 4 minutes for it to show up.
