Disappointing
The check in went well,Hash was really personable, but the room was not up to standard. My girlfriend found alot of mold all around the room. The main reason I booked this room was its proximity to the Palace if Fine Arts theater.
Mold all around the room, a refrigerator that wasn't on, leaked. They did have a functioning refrigerator also in the room. The door to the bathroom was in an inconvenient spot, you couldn't open the door & use the sink.

Location with presidio, bus stop to everywhere, grocery store/deli,pizza place all on doorstep. Comfortable clean rooms. Free parking. Had brilliant stay here.

disgusting, but that is a $100 dollar room in SF. After stepping on a tac in the room while trying to fix the AC unit I decided to beg a friend to stay on their couch in their tiny apartment a few blocks away. Room smelled, mold and gross slime on the wrapping of the soap and shampoo, horrific red and brown stains on the mattress which I saw because there was a micro thin sheet rather than a mattress pad and the sheet kept getting pulled one way or the other. Some of the locks on the door taken....or maybe broken...off and just painted over. Area felt safe but this place did not. You felt like you picked the cheapest place possible because you did. The price is low for a reason.

First called 2 hours in advance to see if could check in early said yes get there the cleck threw a fit
TV didn't work seen when told mgt it was sorry some tvs work some don't can't do nothing about that. Seen roaches give you 3 hand towels to use to dry off after shower. Asked for more we are all out Said it was walking distance from things no way .to much people who live there was drinking and doing drugs in parking lot .
It's a flea bag motel .woke up early to a homeless guy sleeping under my window it's was awful .plus they only had 4 spaces to park but had tons of room for scooters yes scooters must had over 50 of them for only door dash .
Got ready to check out had a problem getting my deposit back after 30 minutes finally got it back.
The guy told me last night to lie and give them a good review they would get like $ 50.00 cash to them.
Plus when I checked into my room the biggest problem was found 3 needles in the sink.

I liked that it was very close to restaurants/bars. Walking distance! Also very close to the golden gate bridge. Seemed like it was on the good side of San Francisco, people walking all night.

I liked the location since it was close to the areas I wanted to check out in San Francisco
As soon as I opened the door to the room the smell of dirty sweaty man and smoke hit me in the face, the blankets were dirty and had cigarette burn marks I had to remove them, I asked for some febreze to help with the smell but they had none. Mind you this was a no smoking room. While I was taking a shower the lights shut off on me completely for a few minutes so o felt very unsafe as it was two women alone in a room and we were kept up by people outside being loud

The windows didn't lock in the first room he provided us. The parking was terrible. As two females we did not feel safe staying in this location. We didn't trust the deadbolt and the additional lock was removed. The sheets were stained and there was used soap in our room.
Felt unsafe.

The location is ideal and there is little noise bleed through. TVs, toiletries, and Wi-Fi always work. Hash is kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable.
Can take too long to get hot water.

Location is well within walking distances to food, shopping and tourist places. No need to drive. I enjoyed sight seeing and eating. Very convenient with free parking included. Overall, it met my needs.
