Disappointing
The location was good and hotel was quiet. Staff was nice and helpful. Also the breakfast was pretty good but need more beverage options like juice. The lobby area was clean. I was also glad that robes were provided in your room.
The room was small and the carpet had spots but bedding seemed clean. It was cold and they provide an extra blanket but it was stored in a closet that had a smell to it so didn't want to use the blanket. The bathroom was small including the shower. It only has a shower curtain that barely covers the lip of the shower pan so water leaked all over the bathroom after taking a shower. Also I was on the 5th floor and the elevator quit working so had to go up and down 5 flights of stairs which wasn't very convenient. It was fixed when I left the hotel but my friend who checked out later said it was not working again.

Disappointing
The location was good and also the room was clean.
The room was cold, there was a heater under the window but given that the windows were not sealed enough, the room was still cold.
Additionally, it did not have refrigerator. Also, the bed sheets were kind of old and I didn’t feel good.

Very friendly staff, comfortable bed, convenient location, good price for what is offered compared to the others in the area.
The building itself is old, so the smell of old wood/ carpet is there anyway despite the hotel being very clean.

The room was in the 4th floor, where the sound(noise) of other building’s engine machine would seriously your sleep through whole night. The bathroom was clean but camped, my knees hit the either the door or toilet many times. The WiFi was not that good, it idled from time to time, meanwhile my cellular 5G signal was bad at this place. I though this hotel is a good place to stay for one night thought since the location is good.

It’s located in the heart of the Union Square.

It was well situated and you could easily reach most of the attractions by walking. It is close to Tenderloin, however felt quite safe
