Property was clean and beautiful and it a great location
Our room was right behind the elevators and given this was an older building and even though it was super clean we heard the elevators going all the time and coming from New York City I was certainly looking for a quiet space.

My second time booking this hotel. The rooms are great and perfect location, very clean, comfortable and good value. The one thing that I don’t love about it, the dining options are very pricey for what they offer and pretty limited food options especially for breakfast, but the upstairs bar is beautiful.

The hotel is centrally located to a lot of attractions. They were able to check us in at 12:30 which was really awesome. We had a nice room looking out into the city.
Even though we were down the hall, we could hear the elevator opening and closing along with the dinging sound.

Excellent location! Next to everything. Large room, very clean, comfortable bed and quiet. All amenities (safety deposit, coffee machine, mini bar, water…)

Very nice interior, especially at the hotel entrance and lobby, good location
Quite expensive, would have appreciated included breakfast instead of paying extra taxes for thngs we didn’t use (gym, recyclable water)

The room was very nicely appointed and clean. Bathroom had decent shower with good toiletries. Also surprisingly quiet given we faced the main road. The restaurant and bar were also very nice.
On check out (11am) there was a queue of about 15 people with one staff member. That staff member was dealing with a couple who were questioning the invoice and the rest of us just waited. It took 15 minutes for another staff member to arrive in front desk. Needs to be better managed.

Prices for drinks were fair to be paired with amazing atmosphere and decor. Breakfast for one was $55 to include tip, just avo toast, oj and coffee. Bar upstairs was very memorable. Staff was a delight and very helpful from the start.
Can't change the counter space in bathroom, the shower had a hole on the glass and the lack of a door / curtain left the floor wet. Constantly asking for towels but staff was very nice. Lack of outlets in room. Small space for 4 ladies, luggage and devices.
