Excellent location next to Japantown - very easy to walk to nearby mall and restaurants. The rooms were very quiet and the attached garage was perfect for our car.

Summer at front desk was awful to Asian guests. She is friendly to White guests, but super rude to Asian guests and told them to "stop talking down" to her when they were communicating a very simple request. Her discriminatory and racist attitude ruined the whole stay, unfortunately

The bed was very comfortable! The room is spacious and beautifully decorated. The daybed by the window is lovely. The location is convenient to all the major sights. The staff was very attentive and helpful.
The bathtub was not always clean.
