Location and room size; coffee and wine bar were lovely. A turntable to spin a record. Cool!
Parking on site is small but I got there early and used Uber to get around.

The location was perfect for the concert at the Fillmore.
Parking was too expensive. Plus there was a huge clump of hair in the toilet. Yuck

Great location! 2 minutes to Japan Town, and close to USF where my nephew goes to school. Loved the Japanese (and Korean) restaurants - all of them had fantastic food and fairly-priced. We even discovered a Thai restaurant across from the hotel. The room was spacious enough for us and 2 kids. Beds were really comfortable and we were at a corner room which was really quiet! Our fave breakfast/brunch place was Sweet Maple! Millionaire's bacon is the bomb!
It would have been better to have an onsite restaurant to order from but since all eating places were close by and there was morning coffee served, it was not such a big thing.

Walking distance to Japan Town with many restaurants and shops that had great food. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the mattress and beddings. The bathroom was spacious and we could request all sorts of quality amenities. True to their signage - if you don't have it, we got it! They had morning coffee and evening relaxation with wine and even had entertainment.
There was nothing to not like.

The location is the only positive about this hotel.
I'm not sure how this hotel is a 4 star hotel. Facilities are lacking. No coffee machine in the room. No soundproofing. The shower was leaking. The young reception staff member was unhelpful when checking out.
We were issued the wrong bill for a different room. He made fun of our accent. No apologies were given. We charged 200 dollars over the total price. We don't know if this is a security deposit or not. When asked about this we were told to contact booking.com and he said" It's not my problem". I would not recommend this hotel.

Near a concert venue, reasonable price, very friendly staff.
A little dirty. The carpets were stained and it had a little smell. Not bad, but it was there.

I like the location of this hotel.
For the price of this hotel, I would expect a bath. The shower was leaky with a stained footbed. The room felt cold. There was no in-room coffee. The hotel really feels overpriced.

It was out of the tourist area yet close enough to walk. We love sushi so being across from Japantown was a bonus we hadnt planned on.
