Right in the middle of Japantown, felt very safe. Bed was very comfortable. Although it was connecting room, we did not hear anything from our neighbor.

The beds were very soft and comfortable. The room was clean. I like when the bathroom has the vanity in the same room as the shower as this one did. The hotel did have their own parking under the hotel, that was good because it made me feel safer about having to park my car in the city. It was a small parking garage though.
Everything was great! We did have to pay for parking, but that is not uncommon in the city.

Very comfortable bright spacious room in great location. Coffee/tea available in the morning and wine in the evening in the lobby. All of the staff were lovely.
The room was so spacious that it felt a bit empty. Additional seating and a luggage rack would have been nice.

It was quaint, in a good location, clean and convenient.
Parking lot was full the whole time and we had to find street parking, which wasn’t horrible but also not that convenient.

The bed was very comfortable! The room is spacious and beautifully decorated. The daybed by the window is lovely. The location is convenient to all the major sights. The staff was very attentive and helpful.
The bathtub was not always clean.
