Clean, wide and comfortable room. Good service and very kind staff. Good price compared to the offered service. The hotel served a light breakfast despite of a no-breakfast tariff. Highly recommended.

The room was very comfortable and the location was excellent.
The lighting in the bathroom was a little funky; things could have been illuminated better.

The cleaning staff were so nice and always so helpful which was very appreciated because they helped more than the front desk person. They also had a water station to fill up ur water bottle but it was all the way down to the first floor which was kinda inconvenient. But the location was right by union square which was nice and close to a lot of bus stops.
I didn’t appreciate the ice rooms being locked or the fact that some of the sheets and pillow covers were dirty but maybe it was just stains that didn’t wanna come off idk but the bed was still super comfy.

Amazing building, great location, spacious and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. I also loved the fact that the building hosts a theatre at level 02 and we enjoyed a show during our stay.
Also check outs are at 12PM which is a plus!

Classic hotel with a perfect location right next to Union Square, close to all the amenities that make your stay easier, such as supermarkets, cafés, and metro/bus/tram stops just a short walk away

Not great coffee and the little wrapped biscuit wasn't breakfast
Breakfast and coffee needs to be better. Ice bucket in room but no ice machines in the hotel. The wait to have ice delivered to room was hours.
