The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The gym was clean.
There was nothing I didn’t like. I did not visit the lobby bar so I cannot comment on it.

Mario was amazing, he was very kind, respectful, and helpful when we checked out!
I paid extra for a corner room with the skyline view? But I received a corner room with a city view instead. The fridge was not working properly, and there was no microwave in the room. They also charge a resort fee, even though we didn’t utilize any of the amenities outside of our room

The room was quiet and spacious. Most of the staff were very polite and helpful. The
valet service was excellent.
The bed was lumpy and did not provide me with adequate back support.

The InterContinental was a dream hotel! I spent 2 nights there for my birthday and to see a show and it was amazing! I will definitely stay there again as soon as I can. The staff was so awesome and welcoming and made us feel like old friends. I loved every moment.

Location, on-site restaurant, rooms were decently sized and clean.
The reception staff personalities were not warm or welcoming. My key card did not work, and they had security go with me after giving me a new card. That felt a bit awkward. Outside of the lack luster front desk staff, it was a great hotel

You advertise queen beds as king beds
Your site specifies the size of a king as 70” or more and our bed was 68”
Both managers we spoke to were rude about it
