Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was fantastic and so many different options. All around staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location. Would definitely come back.Brad the night manger was very helpful and professional.

convenient area
the only give you 1 6 once water bottle that you have to refill in the downstairs lobby. or you can buy some tacky looking fitness water for 9 dollars. i thought the hotel was supposed to be nice. no mini bar either so your only options for non tap water are these stupid little plastic bottles they only give you one of and then tell you to refill downstairs

Everyone was super nice. Comfortable lobby, super comfortable beds. Great pool.
The doors were very heavy - they were hard to open and would slam shut due to the weight. When a door would slam from another room, it would shake the bed.

Lovely room. I couldn't open the sheer curtains. great view wasn't really visible.
Food. Bar food was wierd and not well done. Breakfast came time (YEA!) but was pretty flabby.

Great location, friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub. Coffee on the weekends is delicious and strong! The hotel was clean and it was nice to have daily room cleanings. Housekeeping was amazing!!
Hot tub was not filled with enough water. It would have been nice if the breakfast, restaurant, and bar weren’t so expensive.

Customer service.
Would have preferred a higher floor with a better city view. I paid for corner room but wasn’t really satisfied with the view . I did request higher floor but the hotel was unable to accommodate.
