The parking is honestly slim. So get back early and use Uber if you want to enjoy the night life. But they are very accommodating.

The location is great, and a lot of places around to eat, plus the room was comfortable and recently renewed, the free parking was a plus as in San Francisco is very difficult to find a parking spot.

Location in the city not so bad, not too far from wharf or downtown. Our room was well appointed and clean. We did have a parking space, and it did have an antique elevator from the underground parking. It was sort of Meow Wolf like.
While location not so bad, but at the corner of Broadway and Van Ness, the street noise was horrific well into the night, no insulation really. The people above us also added to the noise; at 5 a.m. they were up moving furniture and pacing in shoes for the rest of our time there. It did not stop! We left early because of the noise! There is no carpet in the room, only engineered wood floors, and it did not help with noise factors at all! We would NEVER choose to stay there again! Not a wink of sleep for either of us!

Great value in the heart of Nob Hill, Pacific Heights, close to everything. Park your car and use the excellent Bus system to go everywhere.
