This place is really conveniente, close to everything distance walking and close to bus line.
Polk street one block away where you can find all the cool restaurants and night life.
Lombard street 5 mins walking.
The place is newly renovated, and the suites are really clean.

Parking was very difficult. I asked for a handicap room, which was not given to me on arrival to have problems in the room and be switched to a handicap room. No handicap spots available anywhere near the room. Multiple vehicles without handicap, placards or license plate plates were taking up handicap spots illegally

The location was great, not a lot of traffic, staff was friendly, rooms were up to date.
The park was pretty hard, elevator wasn’t working sometimes, and they were using a saw at 9am on a Sunday morning

The location is great. But that’s the only good thing about this place
The walls were so thin so we couldn’t sleep for 2 days. It’s not really cosy, very grey and smells not very good. So I don’t really recommend this place

My mom was bit on the arm and I don’t know what type of bug it was.
Hotel construction work started at 7am. Was told by hotel manager that it’s because they’re doing renovation. Was lots of noise couldn’t sleep.
The cable didn’t work for two days of my stay, couldn’t watch T.V., office clerk came up and couldn’t figure out why. The manager said the cable isn’t working and they’ve made a note.
The room phone didn’t work since the first night of the stay.
Overall the manager was very nonchalant about the concerns or bug bites.

Overall the experience was ok for the good position and comfortable beds.
But the hotel is quite noisy: from the rooms you can clearly hear people talking in the courtyard. Moreover, at check-in the reception staff was almost completely absent – no clear explanations, no real attention to the guests.
