Room was clean and spacious and up-to-date. Everything was in working order! Easy check in and check out.
Although they had coffee maker in the rooms, I prefer coffee from the lobby with the extra creamers and sugars, etc.

The location is great, the parking is convenience, the room was clean
The soundproofing on the floor should be improved. I stayed in room 310 on 7/25/25. Everything was fine at the first. But from 6;30 am, someone started to move around in the room right above me. There were even noises like child running and jumping. It was so noisy that we could not sleet well.

We already stayed here twice. It’s clean, staffs are nice, and they have parking.
Last we stayed at, the room had smell but we let it go bc we thinking they probably forgot to spray or let the air out, we can tell that they are so busy and looks everybody staying there so we just opened the window for a while other than it was good. But please hopefully won’t happen again this.thank you :)

The parkingsituation isn‘t optimal. There is a garage but the parkingspots are really narrow. There are some sport abov ground and they are okey. But it is first come, first serve princip with the parking.

It was super well located and it has free parking included which is very rare in downtown SF.
The room was well equipped and seemed clean overall.
The filter of the air conditioner was dirty and the room smelled weird.
