The rooms were spacious and very clean. Comfy beds.
It was about a 20 minute walk to Fisherman's Wharf, but it was an easy enough walk.

Location was good. Room was large. Comfortable bed.
We were in a disabled room and the shower soaked the floor which is seeping into the bedroom. The wet room needs attention.

Location, location, location ! Easy walk to cable cars, public transportation and a lot of attractions (if you are willing to walk). And free parking allows you to leave the car at the hotel. Rooms are renovated, comfortable and clean.
Wifi is terrible, really terrible, so do not count on it to make plans unless you are really patient. Hotel can be noisy if you have inconsiderate neighbours (renovated does not mean better sound proofing !).

The location within the city was excellent being within a nice neighborhood and close to lots of local amenities. The room was spacious and very comfortable, good size beds! The parking was free also.
Our room was by the stairwell so it was a little noisy and not that private with young children.

Reasonable price, clean and neat room. They clean the room every day. I love the free parking. The location are great, not too far from tourist attractions. Near Chinatown, Pier 39 and Fisherman Wharf. There are many good restaurants nearby.
Parking are too small.

Room service was excellent. It was a spacious and clean hotel close to the city centre. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. The renovated rooms were comfortable. There was nothing missing or malfunctioning. It was perfect in every sense of the word. I would definitely recommend

The lady at the reception was very kind, the hotel is clean and well-maintained, the location is great, you can walk or take the buses and reach every area of the city. For the price is really a gem in a place where everything is overpriced. If you are traveling to San Francisco and are on a budget this place is a great option.
